Too Much Travel Footage To Edit

August 29, 2017

Last month in Lisbon, I was having a conversation with a friend who recently launched a company that provides ghostwriting for bloggers. It’s one of those ‘Why didn’t I think of that?’ services. Any content creator will tell you, the hardest and most important thing is consistency. So, the idea seemed like common sense.

What I didn’t realize was how many casual bloggers were interested in the service for infrequent posts, minor updates, or even intimate stories to share with friends and family. I was shocked for a moment, but then I began thinking about how useful something like that could be for me. I’m notoriously bad terrible at staying in touch with my loved ones.

My ears really perked up when she mentioned her clients were asking her if she provided other services including video editing.

Ah hah!

Another ‘duh’ moment.

I have terabytes of photos and videos from my travels just collecting dust on my harddrive. I know I’m not the only one. How many people do you think are toting around GoPros with nothing to show for it?

We buy expensive gear with aspirations of capturing our experiences and turning them into visceral, envy-inducing videos to share with our friends. But we fall short on execution, because let’s be honest, editing video sucks.

I want to try to change that. So, my small team has decided (with my blogger friend’s blessing) to take on the challenge of helping our friends turn their unused footage into something special.

Stop sitting on all those amazing moments. Let us help you share them!
